Jeff is the founder of TrailBlazer Finance and its self-proclaimed “CRO” – Chief Resources Officer. He’s a former CEO, Oxford-educated lawyer, and ex-Goldman Sachs banker turned business builder.
Giuseppe joined in 2020 as Credit Manager, overseeing all credit applications. He brings broad finance experience, including 7+ years at Macquarie, and holds a Master’s in Finance from UTS.
Simon joined in 2022 as Sales and Growth Strategist, leading marketing and partnerships. He brings agency and e-commerce experience, and enjoys surfing and cycling outside of work.
Charles joined in 2024 as Senior Relationship Manager, bringing 15+ years’ global experience in lending, client relationships, and commercial strategy. He’s also a keen sports and fitness enthusiast.
Markus joined in 2023 as Loan Processor, managing valuations and lending enquiries. He has 6+ years’ experience, holds an MBA and Cert IV in Finance, and enjoys motorcycle riding.
Hayden joined in 2023 as Operations Manager, bringing start-up, finance, and automation expertise from roles in investment banking and Cluey Learning, where he helped scale the business to ASX listing.
Nataliia joined in 2020 and manages settlements and credit assessments. With 20 years’ experience, including 7 at CBA, she holds a Banking & Finance degree and multiple industry diplomas.
Sharon joined in 2011 and keeps TrailBlazer Finance running smoothly. With 15+ years’ experience, she handles office operations, recruitment, and keeps the team organised and on track.
Pam brings deep experience in financial services, operations, and people management. She’s passionate about building strong teams and driving strategic growth across the business.
Charlene (“Doc”) joined at inception and is Company Secretary, overseeing compliance, governance, and document execution. Outside work, she juggles Zoho-sign, four kids, and team morale.
Pardeep joined in 2021 as Financial Controller. A Chartered Accountant with 19+ years’ experience, he manages financials, loan statements, tax returns, and business reporting.
Pooja joined in 2019 as Management Accountant. She handles bookkeeping, accounts, and admin, with broad expertise in financial reporting. She holds a Commerce degree from Kurukshetra University.
Stewart joined TrailBlazer Finance in 2021, bringing deep experience in finance, banking, and real estate. He also leads Leopard Rock Property Group in California and holds multiple academic honours.
Mary Anne joined as a Non-Executive Director in 2021. She’s a proven leader with 30+ years’ experience driving growth and sales across global markets and industries at board and C-level.
Plato joined TrailBlazer at 12 weeks old and has been Head of Morale ever since. He spreads joy, reduces stress, insists on walk breaks, and rewards staff with kisses, tail wags, and approval.
