The TrailBlazer Fianance Marketplace Portal gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision about purchasing a trail book.

To place a bid, please complete the online Bidding Form available in the Marketplace Portal. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission. If you don’t have access to the portal, please email the Marketplace Manager tbfmarketplace@trailblazerfinance.com.au to request access to the form.

• Yes. At TrailBlazer Finance, we are a specialist recurring cash-flow lender. We do not require property security as we will hold first ranking charge of the business and the trail books as security. 
• We can fund up to 100% of the transaction including associated costs, using your existing trail and your new trail from Highlands.
• Rates, fees and terms are competitive. Contact us to discuss funding arrangements for the purchase.

The de-identified valuation is a copy of the formal valuation of the book which is being brought to market excluding the vendor and client’s personal details. In our formal valuation, we provide: 
i. A snapshot of the loan book value and the activity over the last 25 months. 
ii. Time series data on the trail commission, loan book balance, arrears over the last 25 months 
iii. A breakdown of the seasoning of the trail book i.e. What component of the book has loans of 0-2 years, 2-4 years, 4-6 years of age etc. 
iv. A bottom-up analysis of the loan book where loans are graded with reference to arrears, clawbacks, and seasoning.  A de-identified valuation costs $200 + GST.

In addition to the base “buy price” amount, at settlement the purchaser will, in addition, pay 4% of the final total purchase price (subject to a minimum of $2,000) in brokerage and commission to TrailBlazer Finance; plus 50% of any associated legal costs of preparing assignment deeds. All the above amounts are plus GST.

With TrailBlazer Finance you can borrow against your existing trail and the trail of the book you’re purchasing. This means you can borrow up to 100% of the purchase price of the book you’re acquiring.*

Also, you don’t need to provide any property as security as the loan is secured by the recurring revenue in the trail books.

The detailed valuation includes information about the age of the loans, the loan balance and clawbacks over the last 24 months. It also includes all the trail payments made over the last 24 months, the multiple applied and it explains how the valuation was calculated.
